Responsibilities of A. G. Leventis Graduate Trainee

A. G. Leventis Graduate Trainee will: 

1. Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely, effective and efficient deliveries

2. Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems

3. Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions

4. Liaise with delivery officers to get real-time updates on delivery progress

5. Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement

6. Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards

7. Keep records of trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making

Requirements for A. G. Leventis Graduate Trainee Program 

Candidates applying for the post of A. G. Leventis Graduate Trainee must:

1. Have Bachelor's Degree or HND With a minimum in Logistics and Supply chain Management, Transport Management, or Business administration

2. Have 0 to 2 years post-graduation experience

3. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application Microsoft ExceL

4. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Have the passion to learn and adapt

6. Have NYSC completion certificate (or exemption)
