Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP is an initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria funded by the European Union (EU) and executed in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP seeks to tackle the unemployment challenge by linking skilled Nigerian graduates with job placement opportunities in Host Organizations nationwide, providing work experience, career development, and building skills and capacity for the future.
Objectives of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP
The following are the objectives of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP:
1. To empower professionals by matching their talents and skills with the labour market needs through data-driven skill intelligence making professionals competitive for the labour market.
2. To tackle structural challenges of Employers.
3. To drive the coordination mechanism of stakeholders towards a sustainable skill and Nigerian graduate employability ecosystem
Benefits of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
The following are the benefits of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme:
1. Twelve Month Paid Work Placements
Beneficiaries of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme will get a twelve month paid job placement in both private and public sectors, established to offer valuable on the job experience and improve their career growth and development.
2. National Coverage
Beneficiaries of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme will receive a National Coverage across the thirty six States including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), offering job opportunities across the federation.
3. Ngeria Jubilee Fellows Programme Salary
Beneficiaries will receive nigeria jubilee fellows programme salary, a monthly salary of ₦150,000 throughout the entire duration of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme ensuring financial assistance throughout the programme.

Beneficiaries of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme will receive digital literacy and digital skills training to remain competitive in the modern digital world and digital economy.
7. Entrepreneurship Skills Training
Beneficiaries of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme will receive entrepreneurship skills training to build and develop business skills and expertise and entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen for future ventures.
8. Alumni Talent Hub
Beneficiaries of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme will receive a further 6 months of career guidance and assistance in the Alumni Talent Hub for continued professional growth and development.
Requirements for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
The following are the requirements for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme:
1. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must be a Nigerian citizen
2. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must be a Fresh graduate
3. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must have bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate from any discipline and graduated not earlier than 2022 with at least a Second-Class Lower (2.2) for bachelor's degree or Upper Credit for Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate holders.
4. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must be thirty years old or younger.
5. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must not be currently engaged in any employment.
6. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or have a certificate of exemption from the NYSC.
7. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must demonstrate interest and dedication in a chosen career field.
8. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must demonstrate interest and commitment to contributing to socio-economic development and growth of Nigeria.
9. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must have an excellent time management skill and a professional attitude.
10. Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme must possess good verbal, oral and written communication skills.

How To Apply for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
To apply for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP applicants are to visit the application portal of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme at https://portal.njfp.ng/registration/ and complete the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme registration form.
Recruitment Process of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
1. Application
A graduate who has completed their mandatory Nigeria Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year applies for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme to become a Fellow with required documentation.
2. Assessment and Selection
After completing the application for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme and documentation are approved, the applicant goes through a series of assessments which includes; a computer-based aptitude test, a video submission, and finally a psychometric assessment.
3. Onboarding
Following successful completion of these assessments, successful applicants will join the applicant pool where they will build their resumes and await a suitable match with a Host Organization. Job placement will be based on a match between an available Host Organization's talent requirements and an applicant's development needs, within a specific catchment area.
4. Job Placement
When a match is made, the onboarding and work placement processes commences. When an applicant is invited to start work by their Host Organization, and they resume, then they become a Fellow.
5. Mentorship And Career Growth
After the twelve month paid Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme, Fellows who are not retained by their Host Organization or do not find other means of employment, may be offboarded into the Talent Hub for alumni.
6. Alumni Talent Hub
As an alumnus of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme, you will gain access to career guidance and support for a further six months in the Talent Hub
