Today, the Senate convened for the confirmation of the recently appointed Coordinator/CEO of the National Social Investment Program Agency, Associate Professor Badamasi Lawal Charanchi, appointed by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Present at the session were His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Mal. Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, along with Senators representing Katsina State: Dist. Sen. Abdulaziz Musa Yaradua, Dist. Sen. Nasiru Sani Zangon Daura, and Dist. Sen. Muntari Dan Dutse. Other notable attendees included Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Musawa, representing Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency, and Hon. Arc. Usman Murtala Banye, representing Batagarawa, Charanchi, and Rimi Federal Constituency, who was accompanied by his legislative aide, Alh. Nura Umar Maja, representing Charanchi L.G.
