How Npower Batch C Stream 2 And Npower Batch C Stream 1 Under Non Graduate Categories Can Fix Their Npower Payment Issues

Npower batch c stream 2 and Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiaries under the Npower non graduate categories that have completed their Npower training but have not received their Npower payment can fix their Npower payment issues by following the simple procedures below: 

1) The Npower batch c beneficiary should copy his or her Npower ID on the Npower portal. 

2) After copying his or her Npower ID from the Npower portal, the Npower Batch C beneficiary should send the Npower ID, Npower training certificate and complaint to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng or to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

  3) After sending his or her complaint the Npower Batch C beneficiary should not send another message but should keep checking his or her email or Npower twitter handle for feedback from Npower.
