3) The Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiary that cannot download his or her deployment letter or with blank deployment page on the Npower login portal should check back later on the Npower login portal.
4) The Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiary that cannot upload his or her Npower deployment letter should also check the Npower login portal later.
5) Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries not posted or deployed yet can also complain physically to their Npower state focal person, the Npower state focal person is found at the state secretariat.
