N-Power Batch C: 4 Differences Between N-Power Volunteers And N-Power Independent Monitors

A lot of N-Power Batch C applicants have been in a state of confusion, infact most N-Power Batch C applicants believe N-Power independent monitors are N-Power volunteers, yes, in this case the N-Power independent monitors are also Volunteers, but there is more to this that distinguishes N-Power volunteers from N-Power independent monitors, although N-Power independent monitors will receive a stipend of ₦30,000 which is similar to the stipend of the N-Power Volunteers, but the job description of the N-Power independent monitors is totally different from the job description of the N-Power Volunteers.

Below are few differences between the N-Power Volunteers and N-Power Independent Monitors:

1) The N-Power independent monitors supervises all N-Power programs including other n-sip intervention schemes.

2) The N-Power independent monitors act as a middleman between the N-Power Volunteers and the N-Power focal persons.

3) The N-Power independent monitors relays issues encountered by the N-Power Volunteers to the N-Power focal persons.

4) The N-Power independent monitors communicates directly with the Ministry for Humanitarian Affairs, this is a feat which the N-Power Volunteers cannot directly achieve.
