The long awaited Npower Batch C stream 2 have started today, Npower stream 2 volunteers are to dial *45665# and follow the instructions to check if they have been shortlisted and complete all screening processes.

Npower stream 2 volunteers must have a minimum of ₦100 airtime in order to complete the ussd code*45665# process, Npower batch c stream 2 volunteers are advised to dial *45665# and follow the instructions to complete their biometrics if shortlisted, if shortlisted after dialling the *45665# ussd code you should see the message as the one below.

even if you have completed your biometrics you can still use the code *45665# to check if your biometrics was successfully completed, or visit https://nasims.gov.ng to complete or check if your biometrics was done successfully, if it was done successfully you will see the finger print captured ✓ icon at the end of your verification page on nasims, if you see the icon "capture fingerprint" then it means that your finger print have not been captured.

Npower Nexit Training: We are waiting for the second batch list from Npower - Npower Nexit Training Consultant

According to the Npower Nexit training consultant the delay in the commencement of the second batch of the Npower Nexit training is because Npower have not sent the second batch Nexit training list to the state Npower nexit training centers and Npower Nexit training coordinators and Entrepreneurship Development Institutes (EDI) centers nationwide. 

Once the list for the second batch of the Npower Nexit training is sent to the Npower Nexit training consultants then the second batch of the Npower Nexit training will start and it will be communicated on all verified Npower handles, the delay in the commencement of the second batch of the Npower Nexit training is not caused by the submission of the business plans of the first batch, rather it is because the list for the second batch of the Npower Nexit training has not been received from Npower.

All business plans of the first batch had already been completed and submitted by the Npower Nexit training consultants, the only delay is just that the list for the commencement of the second batch of the nexit training have not gotten to the Npower Nexit training consultants, Npower Nexit training consultants are to train the Npower volunteers and conduct special seminars on how to complete and fill the business plans and submit the business plans on behalf of the Npower volunteers and also to schedule training meeting with Npower volunteers and nothing more, other responsibilities lies in the hands of Npower and the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Npower selects qualified Npower volunteers for the first and second batch of the nexit training and sends the list to the Npower Nexit training consultants to train Npower volunteers, while the Central Bank of Nigeria issues the soft loan disbursement and and handles other soft loans processes are handled by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Npower Nexit training consultants are not in charge of soft loan disbursement, their only responsibility is to train Npower volunteers.

HOW TO FIND OUT INFORMATION REGARDING NPOWER NEXIT TRAINING THROUGH PHONE CALL

1) The exited Npower volunteer should dial the number 018888148, please before performing this task ensure you have enough airtime balance on your phone, you must have at least ₦100 airtime and the Npower volunteer should call between 9am and 4pm, Mondays to Fridays.

2) The Npower volunteer should wait for the voice messages, the Npower volunteer will be greeted with the message;

3) The Npower volunteer should press 1.

4) After pressing 1 wait for few seconds.

5) An Npower customer service agent will come online and ask you your name and where you are calling from.

7) The Npower customer service agent will ask you what your issue is.

8) Please make sure you go straight to the point, just say " I want to find out when the second batch of the Npower Nexit training will start?" and that is all.

Npower batch c stream 2 volunteers will not be paid even if your payment status says otherwise - Npower

According to Npower, if you are an Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer and your nasims profile page confirms it, please you will not be paid, even if your payment status displays the payment history, only Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers that have been posted and have started working are entitled to monthly stipend.

An Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer will have to complete all shortlisting processes such as:

1) Biometrics: Under this shortlisting process, the Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer must have captured all the required fingers for the biometrics fingerprint enrollment.

2) Physical verification: Under this shortlisting process, the Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer must have provided all credentials and certificates uploaded on the nasims profile.

According to Npower, if you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and your Npower January payment displays "failed", please this is a general system error and once this issue is fixed, the payment will be restarted and you will be paid your Npower January stipend. Npower have confirmed this in a response to a question raised by an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer see statement below;

Kindly be informed that your January stipend would be reinitiated.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

If your Npower january payment issue was not caused by system error and you have not been paid a dime since September then please send your Npower ID and complain through the following mediums:

All other payment issues such as "processing" and "paid" issues can also be communicated through the above mediums.

Npower payment under 'processing' has to become 'failed' before it can be resolved, once it is resolved, payment is restarted and Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers are paid gradually, all 2021 payments issues will be paid as backlogs.

Npower batch c stream 1: Change of PPA and change of payment status from processing to failed was as a result of network failure - Nasims

According to nasims, Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers that recently observed the sudden change in their places of primary assignment under their deployment tab, should know that this is a network system glitch and there is no cause for alarm as it is being resolved.
