Npower Nexit News August 24th 2022 says that, Npower beneficiaries under the Npower Batch A and Npower batch B should exercise patience, that updates regarding the Npower NEXIT training program and the Npower NEXIT cbn soft loan disbursement will come to Npower beneficiaries in a short while, see statement below and image from Npower to support my claims.

Although this statement was made weeks ago, Npower have reiterated that the Npower NEXIT training program and the Npower NEXIT cbn soft loan disbursement will definitely commence, as said in previous publications regarding the Npower NEXIT training program, Npower have openly said that they are putting things in place to ensure a successful training for Npower beneficiaries, recall that in some centres especially in Lagos Npower NEXIT training centers the Npower beneficiaries complained about the way the Npower NEXIT training was organized stating their bitter experience, infact some Npower beneficiaries complained about the meal served by the Npower NEXIT training coordinators that it was not palatable at all, in order to avoid these setbacks Npower is really putting things in place to ensure that the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training goes as planned.

Regarding the Npower NEXIT soft loan disbursement, it will start after all Npower Nexit training must have been completed and all business plans received by the Central Bank of Nigeria, once all business plans are received by the Central Bank of Nigeria then the Npower NEXIT soft loan disbursement process will commence, the Central Bank of Nigeria in collaboration with NIRSAL Micro Finance Bank will work collaboratively to process the Npower NEXIT soft loan.

All About Npower Batch C Stream 2 Program

Npower batch c stream 2 is the second stream of the Npower Batch C program and it is divided into two tranches, the Npower graduate category and the Npower non graduate category, the Npower graduate category includes the N-teach, N-Agro, and N-Health while the Npower Batch C stream 2 non graduate category includes the N-Tech, N-Build, and N-creative.

Npower batch c stream 2 graduate category will last for 12 months and Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries will be paid ₦30,000 monthly stipend which starts a month after the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment process must have been completed, the Npower Batch C stream 2 non graduate category will be paid ₦10,000 monthly stipend after their three months in-centre training, the Npower Batch C stream 2 non graduate category will last for 9 months, three months in-centre training were Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries will be paid their training allowance while the remaining six months apprenticeship training the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries will be paid ₦10,000 monthly stipend.

When Npower Batch C Stream 2 Payment Will Start

Npower batch c stream 2 payment will not start until a month after the final phase of the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment process is completed, at the moment the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment process is ongoing and it is done manually, Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries will be contacted through text message or through their Npower portal under the deployment page.

Some Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries have confirmed the posting list at their local government area secretariat and zones.

When Npower Batch C Will End

Npower batch c program is a one year Npower recruitment program, the Npower Batch C program is divided into the Npower graduate category and the Npower non graduate category, the Npower Batch C graduate category runs for 12 months while the Npower Batch C non graduate category runs for 9 months, that is three months in centre training and six months apprenticeship training.

The Npower Batch C program ends at the final Npower payment which occurs at the end of the working period, for instance if your Npower payroll status on Npower portal started by September then your last payment by implication stops by September to complete the 12 months payment cycle, same goes for Npower Batch C non graduate category, from this analysis Npower Batch C beneficiaries should know when their Npower batch c training program comes to an end.

Npower Nexit News August 23rd 2022 says that the Npower Nexit training list has not been sent by Npower to Npower Nexit training coordinators nationwide, as long as the Npower Nexit training list has not been sent by Npower to the Npower Nexit training coordinators the second batch of the Npower Nexit training cannot start.

Npower Nexit soft loan disbursement is on pending until the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training kicks off, although information gathered from sources online states that the Npower Nexit training for the second batch will start soon, but the exact date for the commencement of the Npower NEXIT training second batch was not disclosed.

Why Npower Nexit Training Second Batch Have Not Started

Npower Nexit training is a training conducted by Npower Nexit training coordinators nationwide, under this Npower Nexit training, Npower trainees will be lectured on how to set up a viable business and how to write a viable and feasible business plan, and after the Npower Nexit training, Npower trainees will be issued Nexit training certificates of completion and will be given soft loans to start their business of choice.

Although the first batch of the Npower NEXIT training have been completed, the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training is yet to commence and the reasons why the Npower Nexit training for the second batch have not started is stated below.

WHY NPOWER NEXIT TRAINING SECOND BATCH HAVE NOT STARTED 

The following below are reasons why the Npower Nexit training have not started.

1) The business plans of the first batch of the Npower NEXIT training were submitted late to the Central Bank of Nigeria because lots of Npower Nexit trainees in some states of the Federation had issues submitting their business plans.

2) The long periods taken by the Npower NEXIT training coordinators to adjust the loan amount stated in the business plans to suit the business of choice of the Npower NEXIT trainees.

3) Npower have not sent the list of the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training, once the list gets to the Npower Nexit training coordinators then the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training will start. Infact this is the main reason why the Npower NEXIT training for the second batch have not started.
