If You Have No Issues On Your Payroll Then Payment Delay Is Due To Network Issues

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer under the graduate category and you were paid for September without any issues, but come October your payroll status is still showing pending or processing then please exercise patience as this delay in payment comes from your banking system.

All payments have been disbursed for October stipend last year, if you have not been credited please take note that payment is ongoing and will continue even as we enter this week, alternatively if you are sure that your account have no issues then you can visit your bank and find out why you have not yet been credited.

Most times when there is a network glitch during disbursement of payment from the Central Bank of Nigeria it might result to little delays in payment, therefore all concerned Npower Batch C Volunteers should exercise patience, as payment is ongoing soon you will be paid.

For Npower volunteers having no payment data, payment failed, transaction failed status, please send your Npower ID together with your bank account names and NASIMS profile names to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng.

Npower Non Graduate Category That Are Yet To Be Posted Please Do Not Expect Payment

If you are an Npower Batch C applicant and you have done your physical verification but you have not been posted please do not expect payment, payment for Npower non graduate category are for Npower volunteers that have been posted and have done their training.

Npower Non graduate volunteers have been advised to constantly check their deployment tab for information regarding their training venues and schedule, it is only when the non graduate volunteer have undergone training that he or she is expected to receive payment.

All Npower non graduates that recently completed their training might not receive the current payment unless they have been posted and assigned to their trainer, the Npower non graduate category training usually lasts for three months whereby the non graduates are given their feeding and transportation allowances, after this three months training, the non graduates are then posted and assigned to an organisation or trainer for nine months of which they are entitled to receive ₦10,000 monthly stipend.

If you are an Npower Batch C volunteer under the non graduate category and you have been posted after your training and your payroll status is showing pending/processing then please exercise patience you will be paid.

If Your Status Changed From Applicant To Beneficiary You Have Been Selected For Stream 2

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer under the graduate category and during the last physical verification your status was showing applicant, but now it has changed to beneficiary, please be rest assured that you will be selected for Npower Batch C2.

All Npower Batch C Volunteers have been advised to always check their NPower NASIMS deployment and verification status for updates.

Please if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you have not done physical verification, please you are not entitled to payment, payment is only for Npower volunteers that have successfully completed their physical verification.

Npower volunteers under the non graduate category that have not been posted and are yet to undergo their training are also not entitled to payment, Npower non graduate volunteers will be paid when they have been posted and have commenced work at their places of apprenticeship and training, duration of camp training is three months after which the non graduates are to commence apprenticeship which will last for nine months.

November And December Stipend Has Been Approved By The Minister For Humanitarian Affairs

The processing of November and December stipend is ongoing, as October stipend payment commences, Npower Batch C Volunteers can now breathe a sigh of relief as payment is ongoing all Npower Batch C Volunteers having the pending and processing payment status and yet to receive credit alerts should exercise a great deal of patience as they will all be paid their outstanding stipend.

The payment will not come at once but will come separately at intervals, if your status displays PAID and you are yet to receive your stipend then the issue emanates from your bank and this is caused by network glitches, be rest assured you will definitely be paid as payment is ongoing.

Npower Payment Issues Have Been Resolved Delay In Payment Is Due To Bank Network Instability

Npower graduate volunteers having issues with September stipend have been asking the question if they will be paid their September stipend, even some NPower Batch C Volunteers have been waiting to be paid their October stipend.

Please all Npower Batch C Volunteers are to take note that all payment issues have been resolved, the current payment delay is due to temporary network instability from Npower volunteers' bank during disbursement, once this temporary glitch is cleared all Npower volunteers should start receiving credit alerts, this process is automated, so even if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you are yet to receive your stipend, please exercise patience as you will be paid very soon.

How An Npower Volunteer Can Redeploy To A Closer Place Of Primary Assignment Within His Or Her State Of Residence

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your place of primary assignment is very far away from your place of residence or your house please and you have been making lots of expenses commuting between your Npower place of primary assignment and your place of residence, please follow the steps below for redeployment

1) The Npower volunteer that wants to redeploy should login into his or her Npower self-service portal and click the "deployment" tab.

2) The Npower volunteer should click the “redeployment” button.

3) The Npower volunteer should click on “see the available PPAs”.

4) The Npower volunteer should click on “apply for redeployment”

5) The Npower volunteer should provide the redeployment information required after clicking "apply for redeployment" tab.

6) The Npower volunteer should choose a preferred Place of Primary Assignment from the list displayed.

7) After picking the required place of primary assignment the Npower volunteer should click on "Submit Request" tab.

After the Npower volunteer have successfully completed the redeployment request, the Npower volunteer will be contacted within 2 days. 

Should the N-Power volunteer is not contacted within 2 days, please he or she should contact the Npower customer care number on 018888148 and quickly press 1 after listening to the voice prompt and an Npower customer care representative will attend to the concerned Npower volunteer.

If Your Npower September Payroll Status Displays "Paid" Then You Will Be Paid

Some NPower Batch C Volunteers have begin to see changes on their September payroll status, please if your September payment status displays "paid" please exercise patience and keep checking your banking app, you will be paid.

Npower Batch C Volunteers with pending on their October stipend should also exercise patience as payment is ongoing and all Npower Batch C Volunteers having at least the "pending" payroll status should exercise patience as they will be paid.

If your payroll status displays "payment failed" then you should quickly send the following details below:

1) NPower ID

2) Correct Account Number

3) Correct Bank Names

Npower October Payment Commences For Graduate Category

Npower Batch C Volunteers have been wondering if they will actually be paid their October stipend despite the pending status on their payroll tab, well the good news is that as we speak October stipend credit alert is ongoing.

All NPower graduate category are being paid their October stipend, please take note the process is from Pending>Processing>Paid, all N-Power Batch C Volunteers that are yet to receive their stipend are advised to exercise a great deal of patience as payment commences.

NPower volunteers expectant, are informed to check their payroll status and account balance using their bank mobile application, congratulations to all Npower Batch C graduate volunteers, November stipend will follow suit after October payment has been cleared.

Reason Why November Payroll Status Was Removed

Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers have been wondering why their November payroll status was removed, infact majority of the N-Power Batch C Volunteers felt that something was actually wrong with their payroll tab thinking they will not be paid for November.

The reason for the withdrawal of the November payroll status is just to satisfy NPower Batch C Volunteers better, as earlier discussed, the N-Power payment process is done separately and will be dispatched likewise, in a nutshell the payment will be made month after month and not jointly, after the payment of October stipend which will start soon the November stipend follows likewise, this method of payment allows for convenience and eliminates any form of congestion, payment errors and bottle necks when the payment actually starts.

NPower volunteers having the pending status will definitely be paid, after the pending the next stage has to be processing, then to paid finally, all N-Power Batch C Volunteers should take note, you can only be paid the moment your payroll status changes to PROCESSING, all N-Power Batch C Volunteers should ignore other volunteers claiming to have been paid while their payroll status is pending, please this is not the procedure for payment.

Pending Status Will Not Reflect On Npower Non Graduate Category At The Moment

Volunteers of the N-Power non graduate category, have been wondering why the current payment update on the N-Power NASIMS payroll tab is not reflecting on their payroll status, the reason is because the non graduate volunteers just completed their training and they have been paid their allowances.

Their payroll status will be uploaded when they are assigned to their respective trainers, the N-Power non graduate volunteers are entitled to ₦10,000 monthly stipend for a duration of 9 months, when the N-Power Batch C non graduate volunteers are matched with their trainers they should start seeing changes on their NPower NASIMS dashboard.

How To Fix "No Action Taken" Issue On Npower NASIMS Payroll Status

If your payroll status changed from processing to failed and the reason was "no action taken" this simply means that your Npower NASIMS profile names do not match the names on your account and BVN, the "no action taken" prompt appears on your payroll tab because the payment system could not identify the exact owner of the account due to name mismatch.

In order to quickly fix this issue, the concerned Npower Batch C Volunteer should simply send his or her N-Power ID, and correct Npower NASIMS profile names, correct account names (and account number if necessary although this is not needed if your account number is correct) and BVN names to support.nasims@nasims.gov.ng.
