Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers having payment issues have been seeing the reason tab, just beside their payment status and have been wondering what the "reason" tab really means, yes, the "reason" tab simply shows an N-Power Batch C Volunteer vividly why the N-Power Batch C Volunteer was not paid or having the payment failed issue, below is a brief highlight of what each particular aspect of the "reason" tab really means

1) TRANSFER NOT SUCCESSFUL: If an N-Power Batch C Volunteer sees this on his or her payroll tab it simply means you were credited but it was reversed this could be either caused by network issue, if you are having this issue and your payroll recently changed from failed to pending, and you have tabled your issues initially, please be patient you will be paid.

2) BENEFICIARY BANK NOT AVAILABLE: If you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and you see this on your payroll tab it simply means you supplied the wrong bank account details, please if you have recently complained about this issue and your payroll tab recently changed to pending from failed, exercise patience as this will be resolved, if otherwise, please contact support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and also send a back up message to 092203102, 018888148, avoid repeated messages.

NPower: Volunteers Not Paid Actually Made Lots Of Costly Errors

Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers have been complaining that they have not been paid, but it appears about 80% of the payment issues were actually caused by NPower Batch C Volunteers themselves.

From my analysis and information gathered about some of the causes of non payment to some particular NPower Batch C Volunteers I could deduce that majority of the issues were propagated by the N-Power Batch C Volunteers.

Lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers supplied wrong account details, look at the screen shot below, you can actually see that the particular NPower Batch C Volunteer made a costly error in his account number instead of inputting 3039657849 instead he inputted 3039657894.

Please instead of persistent complains just send your correct details once to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and also send a back up message to 092203102, 018888148 please do not send your messages more than once, and always include your Npower ID and the reason for your non payment, also send the correct account information.

NPower: How You Will Be Paid (Those With Payment Issues)

Please if you are an N-Power Batch C Volunteer and your payroll status recently changed from "failed" to "pending", please the stages below are the procedures your stipend will undergo before you are finally paid

1) If you are an N-Power Batch C volunteer and your payroll status says 'PENDING' it simply means you are being processed into the payroll structure, once you are on the payroll list it means your chances of being paid is at 100%.

2) From "PENDING" your payroll status will change to "PROCESSING" this simply means your money/stipend has been sent to your bank from Central Bank of Nigeria, again your chances of being paid at this stage is 100%.

3) Once your payroll status displays "PAID" it simply means your account has been credited, if your payment status displays paid, it means your chances of being paid is >100%, at this stage all N-Power Batch C Volunteers are advised to keep checking their banking app or use their bank USSD to check if there was an increase in their account balance.
