N-Power: Documents Required For Physical Verification

Most N-Power Batch C applicants have been asking the question, which document should I take to my physical verification venue when it commences, infact some Npower Batch C applicants were even asking if they should take their N-Power PPA deployment letter to the N-Power physical verification center.

If you are in this position of not knowing the documents to take along with you, here is the solution, although the documents required to take to your physical verification venue might be different in some states but here are the list of documents to take along with you, please take note, the NASIMS PPA deployment letter might not be needed during physical verification but just to be on a safe side, an N-Power Batch C applicant can take it alongside other documents, depending on how fast they complete the N-Power physical verification exercise, the N-Power Batch C applicant can still report to his or her PPA that same day, with the PPA deployment letter, that is why an N-Power Batch C applicant can take the PPA letter along during the N-Power physical verification exercise.

The following documents will be required during N-Power Batch C physical verification exercise, as earlier discussed, documents might vary depending on your state.

1) NYSC Discharge Certificate (for graduates)

2) Any of the following Biodata Page of ID CARD:

a) National ID

b) Drivers Licence

c) Voters Card

d) International Passport

3) Birth Certificate or Age Declaration/Affidavit

4) WAEC/SSCE Certificate

5) BVN Print out

6) NASIMS Profile Page (might not be necessary)

7) Congratulatory Message Email Print out

8) HND/OND/NCE/NABTEB Certificate

9) Degree/BSC Certificate

10) LASSRA (for Lagos N-Power Batch C applicants) 

11) Evidence of change of name (for married persons and concerned persons)

12) Other documents as specified by NASIMS

All N-Power Batch C applicants are to take both original and photocopies to the N-Power physical verification venue.

N-Power: How To Fix Picture Not Appearing On PPA Letter

If after downloading your PPA/Deployment Letter from NASIMS N-Power portal, you realised that it downloaded without the passport picture appearing, please you should not be bothered, probably it might be that the picture did not load fully before it was downloaded and printed out.

Nonetheless this is not an issue, to correct this problem, simply attach a passport size photo to the hard copy of the N-Power NASIMS deployment letter.

What is most important is your physical presence during verification and deployment, as we speak N-Power Batch C applicants have started getting emails informing them to dial *45665# to get their physical verification venue and date.

N-Power: How To Redeploy, Quick Process

Lots of N-Power Batch C applicants have been asking online and offline about the procedure involved in redeployment.

Please note for the purpose of redeployment you have to visit your first PPA 

THE FOLLOWING BELOW ARE QUICK STEPS ON CARRYING OUT THE N-POWER DEPLOYMENT PROCESS

3) The N-Power Batch C applicant should visit and collect acceptance letter from new PPA of his or her choice, letter must be signed and stamped by PPA Head.

4) The N-Power Batch C applicant should upload both the rejection letter and acceptance letter to the N-Power NASIMS portal. 

5) The N-Power Batch C applicant should select new PPA from drop down list and click submit and wait for further directives from NASIMS.

Please note, some redeployment processes might vary from state to state, and from local government to local government.

Npower: If You Captured Your Biometrics Successfully You Will Be Deployed

A whole lot of N-Power Batch C applicants are worried that after completing their biometrics and even passing the N-Power test, on checking their N-Power NASIMS portal they found out that they were not deployed, although some N-Power Batch C applicants were given an option to select another N-Power program.

Please if you are not yet deployed, you will be deployed, yes it can be discouraging especially seeing your collegues getting deployed, and you are left alone, please no one is witch-hunting you and no one has taken or will take your slot.

N-Power: All N-Power Batch C Applicants Are To Check NASIMS USSD For Physical Verification Address/Date

All N-Power Batch C applicants are to check their N-Power NASIMS portal for their full physical verification address, as well as the address of their respective places of primary assignment.

Please note, the date for physical verification will be communicated using the NASIMS USSD *45665# all N-Power Batch C applicants are to use this code to check for their dates of physical verification, all N-Power Batch C applicants are to constantly check their NASIMS portal and email for updates.

All N-Power Batch C applicants are to take note, N-Power physical verification comes first before the deployment process.

N-Power: How To Get Your Deployment Letter Signed/Endorsed

Please if you are an N-Power Batch C applicant, and you have your PPA/deployment letter with you and you have gone to your PPA and find the area locked, please you will have to exercise patience for physical verification.

As we speak some N-Power Batch C applicants NASIMS portal have been updated with the full address of their places of primary assignment and the full address of the physical verification venue, the date for the N-Power physical verification is yet to be communicated, but all Npower Batch C applicants are advised to constantly check their N-Power NASIMS portal for updates.

After the N-Power physical verification, an N-Power Batch C applicant is to take the deployment letter to his or her PPA, please before going to your PPA you can report to your Local Education District within your local government area(note, this applies to N-Teach Volunteers), to get some additional information, before going to your PPA, after your letter has been signed it is to be uploaded back to NASIMS portal, before the N-Power Batch C applicant now resumes, please note, your resumption must not exceed the third day after your letter has been signed.

Please as we speak, some procedures for physical verification and deployment might vary for other states.

Npower: There Will Be Physical Verification Before Deployment And Not Vice Versa

Lots of N-Power Batch C applicants have been making the error of saying that there will not be physical verification, please I repeat although some processes have changed from the previous process used in  engaging N-Power Batch A and B, but the template still remains the same.

Please there will be physical verification of Npower Batch C applicants, anyone telling you that there will be no physical verification the person might just be deceiving you, it is not done anywhere, engaging an applicant without physically verifying the applicant.

Currently as we speak some N-Power Batch C applicants are beginning to see their physical verification details and address on the N-Power NASIMS portal.

Please note every documentation process requires you to take all your documents uploaded on the N-Power NASIMS portal, original and photocopies plus passport picture, after the N-Power physical verification and the N-Power Batch C applicants is successfully verified, then the N-Power Batch C applicant will proceed to his or her PPA with your deployment letter, it is at your PPA or at the local District whichever the case maybe that you will be given either acceptance or rejection form, all forms must be duly endorsed by the assigned authorized personnel on site, after endorsement the N-Power Batch C applicants is to resume on or before the third day of receiving his or her engagement letter.

N-Power: How To Redeploy Under The N-Power Program

Lots of N-Power Batch C applicants might want to redeploy to another area or locality due to proximity and probably due to distance of places of primary assignment from the N-Power Batch C area of residence or local government area of residence, please if you are an N-Power Batch C applicant and you want to redeploy you have to first report to your PPA/Local Government district.

On reporting to your PPA or local government district a rejection letter has to be obtained and endorsed by your supervisor and the district head, after proper documentation the district head might actually liase with another PPA within your local government area, please note, this redeployment is for areas within the same local government.

For interstate redeployment, either you contact your State Focal person after obtaining the rejection letter, or you upload the rejection letter on the NASIMS portal and notify NASIMS of the development, after this, an N-Power Batch C applicant is to wait for further directives from NASIMS/N-Power.

N-Power: How To Fix PPA/Deployment Letter Download Issues

Most N-Power Batch C applicants having been having a herculean task trying to download the deployment/PPA letter from the N-Power NASIMS portal.

If you are an N-Power Batch C applicant and you are facing the above issues, try downloading the document from a computer or desktop system having a strong internet connection or broadband.

Alternatively you can clear browser cache memory by going to your browser settings and clearing cache, if after trying all this and the issue continues, then it is network issues from the NASIMS database server.

An N-Power Batch C applicant should just log out and check back much later, probably during off peak hours like 2am and 3am when the online traffic congestion has eased a bit.

Npower: How To Fix PPA Address Issues

As we speak lots of updates are currently being made on the N-Power NASIMS portal, please keep checking for current updates as more features are being loaded to the NASIMS portal, the address of your PPA and the address for physical verification is being uploaded.

If you are an Npower Batch C applicant and your place of primary assignment address is not written in full, probably your local government area of residence on NASIMS is at Udu, in Delta State, and your PPA Address is written "Primary Health Centre" both on the NASIMS deployment tab and on your PPA letter, please if you are having this difficulty, just go to Google and type "Primary Health Centre, Udu, Delta State" and it will give you the precise location of your place of primary assignment.

Alternatively, you can visit your local government area secretariat, the officers in the local government area secretariat will use the district code to actually locate your exact place of primary assignment with respect to your local government area.

If you were posted to a Government School within your local government area and the address is not fully written, you can as well visit your local education district at your local government area, they will inform you about the exact address based on your local government area of residence.

It is not possible for an Npower Batch C applicant to just start going to all the primary health centres or all the Government Schools or Agricultural Agencies within a local government area.

Npower: Deployment Page Appearing Blank At The Bottom, Please Read This

Most Npower Batch C applicants on clicking on the deployment tab on the Npower NASIMS portal, observed that the bottom of the page is blank, please if you are having this issue of the bottom of your deployment page being blank, please it is just a minor issue as the page is still loading.

As an alternative an Npower Batch C applicant facing this issue might check back much later (as network traffic on NASIMS is currently at its peak) or refresh your Npower NASIMS portal, this should rectify the issue.
