Congratulations to all N-Power Batch C applicants who have successfully written and submitted the N-Power online test.
N-Power Batch C applicants who have successfully submitted their online test must ensure they do not attempt clicking on take test again. In order not to make all efforts already put in place a wasted one.
Some N-Power Batch C applicants have taken the advantage of the fact that the ‘take test’ feature takes some time before changing to ‘view test result’ and attempted writing another test and that led to their accounts been blocked.
Please note that once an N-power Batch C applicant submits the N-Power online test, the test has already been received at the back end database of NASIMS/N-power that N-Power Batch C applicant should no longer rewrite the test.
1) N-Power Batch C is structured to onboard 1 million new N-Power beneficiaries, beginning with an initial 500,000 N-Power beneficiaries in the first stream, and subsequent 500,000 N-Power beneficiaries in a second stream.
2) N-Power Batch C will drive the acquisition of a bouquet of usable job skills for each N-Power Batch C beneficiary with the goal of ensuring that they are economically more active and possess the right job vocational skills-set to attract gainful employment on graduation.
3) N-Power Batch C beneficiaries will receive a ₦30,000 monthly stipend, which will improve beneficiaries' income levels and position them as better economic agents.
4) N-Power Batch C will run for 12 months only.
5) N-Power Batch C beneficiaries will be deployed to their Places Of Primary Assignment (PPA) where they can obtain job skills, support governmental goals and aid national development.
6) The selection process of N-Power Batch C beneficiaries will ensure the inclusion of people with disability as well as equitable gender and regional representation.
All N-Power Batch C applicants are to note that the N-Power management has already added verification page on the NASIMS Portal for N-Power Batch C applicants as part of the final process of the N-Power recruitment exercise. The N-Power physical verification process involves physical check of documents uploaded by successful N-Power Batch C applicants during the N-Power registration process.
All N-Power Batch C applicants who participated in the N-Power Batch C registration will be required to provide all the necessary documents they uploaded during the N-Power online registration. At this stage, failure to provide your credentials for physical verification will affect some categories of N-Power Batch C applicants from scaling through to become the next N-Power Batch C volunteers.
Below are the possible criteria to be used to access the suitability of an N-Power Batch C applicant in making the selection list before the physical screening and deployment
1. Number of N-Power Batch applicants in an particular Local Government Area of Residence
There is no doubt the just concluded N-power Batch C test was more difficult than previous N-Power online test and repetition of questions for different N-Power batch C applicants was highly scarce. This was a way of reducing the high number of N-Power Batch C applicants down to the required number.
While high score will play a vital role in positioning an N-Power Batch C applicant, the number of N-Power Batch C applicants in your Local Government of Residence whom you are competing with, will more likely determine the cut off mark that will be used in selecting N-Power Batch C applicants in your Local Government Area of Residence.

N-Power Batch C applicants in interior/remote Local Government Area with lesser number of N-Power Batch C applicants are more likely to be favoured in the selection list as N-Power Batch C applicants who scored 50% or less have more chances in such Local Government Area than N-Power applicants who scored 50% or less in Local Government Areas in the main cities.
2. N-Power category applied for and number of N-Power Batch C applicants in the Category in your Local Government Area
Quota sharing goes down to number of N-Power Batch C applicants in a particular N-Power category. There are the N-Teach, N-Health, N-Agro etc. Number of N-Power Batch C applicants needed in N-Teach is not the same as the number of N-Power Batch C applicants needed for N-Health or N-Agro.
N-Teach applicants are higher in number followed by N-Agro and by that, competition will be high in the two N-Power categories across the local government areas.
3. Time spent during the N-Power online test
Another important possible criteria which could be used to position N-Power batch C applicants on the selection list is the time the N-Power Batch C applicant spent during the N-Power online test. The shorter the time, the better and favoured the N-Power Batch C applicant.
N-Power Batch C applicants were given a chance of re-taking the test before submission but that greatly increase your spent time and reduces your chances on the selection list.
4. N-Power Batch C applicants' conformity to test rules
The N-Power test portal is designed to execute stated rules automatically upon disobedience to the rules. This will increase the chances of other N-Power Batch C applicants.
More than 20,000 NPower Batch C applicants will face disqualification by failing to obey the rules while more than 5,000 N-Power batch C applicants will be disqualified by network or technical glitches, low battery, low data, ecsetera. The stated figures are more likely to be high.
N-Power Batch C applicants who were unable to take the test due to one reason or the other will also be automatically disqualified.

Qualification came last because it has a lesser role to play at this stage. However, it is used to grade N-Power Batch C applicants in the Graduate category such as N-Teach and N-Health, N-Agro is no more under the N-Power Graduate category.
All these are incorporated into the automated programme used in making the selection list before phyiscal verification final selection, and deployment.
It is worthy to nore that the target is 1 Million N-Power volunteers. So, after N-Power batch C, expect N-Power Batch D soonest. The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development is working on making the N-power Programme an annual programme.
Please all prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers should be mindful of information trending online for payment to take the N-Power online test, please I repeat this information is not authenticate.
The NASIMS/N-Power test closed days ago, besides the N-Power management will not collect any exam fee from prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers before taking any N-Power online test.

THIRD N-POWER WEBSITE
The National social investment programme management was ready for another intake of N-Power beneficiaries and this was immediately after N-Power was moved to a new ministry which was The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development.
The new ministry established its new official N-Power website https://npower.fmhds.gov.ng launched in the year 2020. Unfortunately this website npower.fmhds.gov.ng is no longer accessible.

THE N-POWER N-EXIT WEBSITE
After creating its new portal called N-EXIT for the exit and transition of N-Power batches A & B Volunteers which will allow interested Volunteers to register and access other Government empowerment opportunities, the website is now closed. The N-EXIT portal website is https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng/ although the website came with lots of technical issues, till date a handful of N-Power volunteers are yet to successfully register on the portal.

The NASIMS portal is the most recent and up-to-date official website for prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers and also houses the database of all other National Social Investment Programmes (NSIP)
The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) is the central management platform for the administration and coordination of Social Investment Programmes under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.
Through the N-Power new https://nasims.gov.ng website, N-Power applicants for the third phase (Batch C) recruitment were able to update their records and take their test. This new N-Power website will serve as the official website for all N-Power Batch C updates and more.
After the N-Power registration and the N-Power/NASIMS online test which ended on the 11th of May, 2021, the N-Power/NASIMS management will set another screening exercise known as physical verification. This is a process in which all the documents/credentials uploaded during the N-Power registration process by all shortlisted N-Power Batch C applicants will be presented physically. In this case, all shortlisted N-Power Batch C applicants who participated in the N-Power Batch C registration and successfully passed the online test and were shortlisted will be expected to provide all the necessary documents they uploaded during the N-Power online registration.
Unfortunately, their are categories of N-Power Batch C applicants that will be disqualified during the physical screening exercise.
Before a shortlisted N-Power Batch C applicant scale through the final stage which is the physical verification exercise, the shortlisted N-Power Batch C applicant must have the following requirements to avoid disqualification:
1. All N-Power Batch C applicants' documents which includes but not limited to Educational Qualifications, Birth Certificate, Local Government/Origin Certificate and your Identity Card must be presented.
2. All N-Power Batch C applicants must be present in their state of residence which was selected during the N-Power registration process.
3. If an N-Power Batch C applicant is unable to write the online test, you will not be selected for the physical verification exercise.
4. If there was a mistake in an N-Power Batch C applicant's personal information during the registration process, please the respective N-Power Batch C applicant should kindly sort it out before the commencement of the physical screening.
5. If an N-Power Batch C applicant registered twice automatically that N-Power Batch C applicant is disqualified, and those N-power Batch A and N-Power Batch B Volunteers who also registered for the N-Power Batch C scheme will surely be terminated from all the Federal Government Social Intervention Programs.
6. All shortlisted N-Power Batch C applicants must be present at the screening venue.
In conclusion, all N-Power Batch C applicants are expected to always visit the NASIMS official website to know their enrollment status.
All successful N-Power Batch C candidates that have written the online NASIM Test should get ready for physical screening.
The N-Power online test, was more of a secondary requirement, to get to final process which is physical verification. There are basic requirements even if you scored 100% you might still be rejected if these requirements are not met, and these basic requirements are very essential to scale through the final process, this process is the documentation stage otherwise known as physical verification.
Under this N-Power physical verification/ documents screening:
All documents uploaded during the online application process must be made physically present, by all N-Power Volunteers on site for physical screening. Prospective N-Power batch C volunteers should ensure their documents are intact, both originals and copies.
The most required documents to be presented by prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers are (please note this may vary):
A. Your physical self.
B. Education certificates.
C. Birth certificate/Age declaration.
D. Note: Your NASIMS ID may be required.
E. Proof of Residence: This might include some utility bills.
During online application, prospective N-Power Batch C were meant to select their state of residence.
N-Power frowns at relocation complaints during physical verification.
Prospective N-Power Batch C volunteers must go back to their selected state of residence to get verified physically if you have relocated from that state.
F. Success/Congratulatory Email/SMS: As long as the prospective N-Power Volunteers had written the test successfully, after updating your records, there are possibilities you will get selected. Many N-Power Batch C applicants were unable to write the online test.

The credit alert to the N-Power Volunteers came from Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Project for Agricultural Co-ordination and Planning (FMARDPACE) as part payment owed some exited N-Power volunteers who are serving as Enumerators with FMARDPACE and not from N-Power as earlier thought.
Some N-Power Volunteers are currently engaged in the FMARDPACE AFJ Programme as Enumerators to propel them to becoming Agric extension workers.
