N-Power Batch C: 100% In Test Not A Guarantee

All successful N-Power Batch C candidates that have written the online NASIM Test should get ready for physical screening.

The N-Power online test, was more of a secondary requirement, to get to final process which is physical verification. There are basic requirements even if you scored 100% you might still be rejected if these requirements are not met, and these basic requirements are very essential to scale through the final process, this process is the documentation stage otherwise known as physical verification.

Under this N-Power physical verification/ documents screening:

All documents uploaded during the online  application process must be made physically present, by all N-Power Volunteers on site for physical screening. Prospective N-Power batch C volunteers should ensure their documents are intact, both originals and copies.

The most required documents to be presented by prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers are (please note this may vary):

A. Your physical self.

B. Education certificates.

C. Birth certificate/Age declaration.

D. Note: Your NASIMS ID may be required.

E. Proof of Residence: This might include some utility bills. 

During online application, prospective N-Power Batch C were meant to select their state of residence. 

N-Power frowns at relocation complaints during physical verification.

Prospective N-Power Batch C volunteers must go back to their selected state of residence to get verified physically if you have relocated from that state.

F. Success/Congratulatory Email/SMS: As long as the prospective N-Power Volunteers had written the test successfully, after updating your records, there are possibilities you will get selected. Many N-Power Batch C applicants were unable to write the online test.

Most prospective N-Power Batch C applicants that scaled through have a big chance of been selected. N-Power congratulatory/success message/email or sms whichever the case may be usually comes with date of physical verification, not far from the day it is sent, as said earlier this might vary. 

N-Power: Stipend Is From FMARDPACE Not From N-Power

Some Exited N-Power Batch A volunteers received credit alert of ₦1500 alert on Friday evening and most N-Power Volunteers were agog wondering where the alert came from.

The credit alert to the N-Power Volunteers came from Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Project for Agricultural Co-ordination and Planning (FMARDPACE) as part payment owed some exited N-Power volunteers who are serving as Enumerators with FMARDPACE and not from N-Power as earlier thought.

Some N-Power Volunteers are currently engaged in the FMARDPACE AFJ Programme as Enumerators to propel them to becoming Agric extension workers.

N-Power Batch C: Physical Verification/Deployment, What To Expect

N-Power deployment is a process during which finally shortlisted N-Power volunteers are deployed to their respective areas of primary assignments, in relation to their selected fields/specialty.

The deployment usually commences after what is called ‘enrollment’, at the venue, N-Power Batch C volunteers might be requested to produce his or her NASIMS/N-Power ID, the Verification Officers will verify and identify your name on the list under the local government you applied and see if all details presented matches the information in their list.

Posting letter will be issued and the N-Power Batch C volunteer will be expected to report with the letter within a span of 3 days to his or her Place Of Primary Assignment (PPA). 

Upon acceptance, the N-Power volunteer must ensure the letter is duly endorsed, stamped and signed by the head of your PPA, prior to resumption of duty.

N-POWER DEPLOYMENT/POSTING 

A. N-Power volunteers should expect to be posted to a school within his or her registered local government and nearest to your residing area.

B. N-Power Volunteers should expect to be posted under the N-Power category he or she applied:

N-Teach to Schools

N-Health to Government Healthcare Centers

N-Agro to Government farms, poultries and other related Agricultural Government Agencies

C An identity card might be provided for N-Power Volunteers

D. Finally, the Federal Government is expected to credit you with ₦30,000 monthly stipend. 

WHAT N-POWER EXPECTS FROM N-POWER VOLUNTEERS

A. All N-Power volunteers must attend his or her PPA as often as expected, N-Power independent monitors have been assigned at all levels to monitor truancy and absenteeism

B. All N-Power volunteers are expected to peruse the guidelines on how to effectively carry out his or her primary assignment, each N-Power category has its own.

C. All N-Power volunteers are expected,  within the specified period, to have developed a reasonable skill set, that will enhance employability.

D. N-Power expects N-Power volunteers to utilize their earnings judiciously and make some possible savings/business setup/ establishment. N-Power scheme usually advertise and reward N-Power beneficiaries who were able to achieve this, most of you might have seen this under the N-Power success stories.

E. After deployment N-Power expects all N-Power volunteers to upload their stamped posting/deployment letter, to their NASIMS profile, some adjustments might be made subsequently on the portal.

F. N-Power Volunteers might be expected to undergo a monthly clearance as an evidence to show your activeness at your PPA

N-Power Batch C: Probable Cut Off Point

Prospective N-Power Batch C Volunteers that scored above average are qualified to be shortlisted by N-Power, N-Power Batch C applicants that just hit the average score should also get ready to be shortlisted by N-Power, if you scored 40% you still have some slight chances of being shortlisted.

The Cut off mark might be pinned at 40%, by implication this means that once a prospective N-Power Batch C applicant meets or cross just over 40% you might be shortlisted, although your chances are extremely slim due to the competition and large pool of applicants.

N-Power Batch C: NASIMS Refer Applicants To Self Service Website

N-Power Batch C applicants who updated their records and discovered that the record was not successfully updated or disarranged can still edit their profile via the NASIMS/N-Power self-service portal.

All N-Power Batch C applicants visiting the NASIMS test webpage at https://onlinetest.nasims.gov.ng are being referred to the NASIMS customer service support portal at https://nasims.gov.ng for assistance and guidance.

N-Power Batch C: NASIMS Closes Portal After 334.584 Days

After good 334.584 days of N-Power Batch C application and online screening test, NASIMS has notified N-Power applicants of the NASIMS portal via an automated prompt which displays on the NASIMS website.

Although the portal is still accessible at this time, all prospective N-Power Batch C volunteers are advised to please make sure their records/profiles are fully updated on the portal.

As we speak the N-Power management is currently screening applicants. They are looking through the list of applicants and it might take a while before the final shortlist becomes available, which will be communicated to all N-Power Batch C applicants via electronic mails. If you qualify to progress to the next stage which is physical verification, you will definitely be contacted via email/SMS.

Information reaching us at this hour reveals that the NASIMS portal for N-Power Batch C applicants closes by midnight 11th May, 2021, all prospective N-Power Batch C applicants are being told to update their records on the portal promptly.

N-Power: 36 States Reps Urges Presidency To Keep Promise

The N-Power 36 States representatives took to Twitter yesterday to plead with the Presidency to keep to their promise, this is coming in the middle of several issues bothering on the sudden disengagement of N-Power volunteers and other issues such as the N-EXIT plan and backlogs payment.

N-Power: Backlogs Yet To Be Paid Despite Promise Last Year

Most N-Power Batches A & B are yet to be paid their backlogs and arrears despite series of promises made last year by the Ministry For Humanitarian Affairs.
We sincerely urge the Ministry to do something about this, as the situation is really becoming worse.
